Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Olson Photography or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number during checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Olson Photography about your order, including confirmations, status updates, shipping or pickup notices, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • We accept cash, check, and credit cards for payment.
  • Orders placed more than 3 days after the photo shoot will incur additional processing and shipping fees.
  • Each child requires a separate order to ensure proper matching of photographs.

Order Tickets

An Order Ticket is required to match your order with your child's image. If you cannot print your Order Ticket, a Mobile Order Form is available at the photo shoot. Without an Order Ticket or Mobile Order Form, we cannot guarantee proper matching of your child's photos.

Delivery

  • Standard orders are shipped within two weeks of your photo shoot.
  • Orders are delivered to your child's coach for distribution.
  • Reorders are shipped directly to your provided address.
  • Late orders (more than 3 days after photo shoot) will be mailed directly to your residence and will incur shipping fees.

Photo Quality

Our photographers are trained to review each image and take multiple shots to ensure quality. Our Quality Team reviews each image and selects the best one prior to printing. Due to the high volume of images we process, we are unable to provide proofs before fulfilling orders.

Weather Cancellations

If your photo shoot is cancelled due to weather, check with your league or Olson Photography for the make-up date. Your existing order remains valid for the make-up date. Please bring your Order Ticket to the make-up shoot.

Reorders

You may place reorders at any time by visiting our website and using the League Access Code "REORDER". Reorders are shipped directly to your residence. Additional processing and shipping fees may apply.

Digital Downloads

Digital image downloads are sent to the email address provided with your order after processing by our Quality Team. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your digital download.

Copyright

All photographs taken by Olson Photography are copyrighted. Purchasing photos grants you a personal use license. Commercial use or reproduction for sale is prohibited without written consent from Olson Photography.
