Order Processing
Every part of your order processing will be done on site at our Manassas, VA photo lab. Olson Photography staff members will do all data entry, processing, scanning, printing, package assembling and shipping in house. There is no outsourcing.

Picture Delivery
The pictures will be shipped to your league directors within two weeks from the picture date. This is a guarantee that we have honored with every league we have photographed. Coaches will distribute the photos to the parents.

Equipment
We use state of the art digital equipment, which produces the highest quality digital trading cards, magazine covers, and sports mates. The digital trading cards have the look and feel of authentic professional trading cards, including player information on the back of the cards.

Fund Raising
If your league would like to use their picture program as a fundraiser, $1.00, $2.00 or $4.00 can be added to the price of each package. Olson photography will provide envelopes that reflect the fundraiser amount. A check for the proceeds from the fundraiser will be mailed to the league commisioner within two weeks from the picture date.

Sponsorship
If your league has sponsors, Olson Photography will be happy to be a team sponsor. We will provide a complimentary 5x7 team portrait mounted on an 8x10 wood plaque for each sponsor. Sponsor plaques will include an engraved gold plate thanking the sponsor. The team picture will be encased in acrylic to protect the photo from fading or curling as well as giving it a quality appearance

Coaches
Each head coach will receive a complimentary 5x7 team portrait mounted on a 7x9 wood plaque. The team picture will be encased in acrylic to protect the photo from fading and curling as well as giving it a quality appearance. We will provide a complimentary 5x7 team portrait for the assistant coach.

Picture Scheduling
Olson Photography will schedule the teams for photos on picture day. Each team will have a designated picture time that is convenient to their game time. Our shoots are well staffed, very organized and consistently operate on schedule.

School Rental
Olson Photography will pay for the use of an indoor facility. Spring and fall photos are normally taken outside with an indoor facility reserved as a back up in case of inclement weather. Backdrops are provided for indoor shoots.

Photographers
Each photo shoot is staffed with professional well-trained photographers, a supervisor and a photo coordinator. The shoots are adequately staffed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable picture session

Payment
Pictures must be paid for on picture day in order to receive your photots with the rest of the team. Payment is to be enclosed in the order envelope, which is given to the photographer as your child's individual picture is taken. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Cash. (Photographers DO NOT carry change)

Envelopes
Picture order envelopes will be shipped to the league directors at least two weeks prior to picture day. Please check with your coach if you have not received your envelope before picture day. Extra envelopes will be available on-site with the photographers. Please mark your order and fill out the envelope completely, with payment inside.

Packages
Packages have been designed to provide the customer with a variety of the most popular products at a price that is more economical than purchasing those items separately. Most packages will include a team photo. Products are also available as ala-carte items. Prices for ala-carte items that are not listed on the order envelope will be provided at the shoot.

Customer Satisfaction
We have a 100% guarantee on all of our products. If we fail to meet your expectations and you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly retake your photos or issue a full refund on the returned photographs. In some cases it may be possible to reprint the pictures to correct the problem. We do our very best to resolve any customer service issues in a timely manner.
